The cream

French snowboarding

Vars will host the French Freestyle Snowboard Championships from March 13 to 17, 2025. This competition will bring together athletes of all categories in Slopestyle and Big Air events. The event is the perfect opportunity for snowboard enthusiasts and winter sports fans to take in the sights and sounds of the Varspark modules.

Discover Slopestyle and Big Air

Slopestyle consists of riding down a course made up of different modules such as rails, boxes and kickers. Snowboarders must perform a series of acrobatic tricks while maximizing their style, technique and creativity.

The principle of the Big Air discipline is simple: athletes pick up speed and take off on a large springboard, enabling them to perform a highly technical aerial trick. The aim is to impress the judges by performing tricks before landing in a controlled manner. This sport is a real show, combining daring and risk management.
